Role overview
This senior technical account management role owns adoption, enablement, and long-term success for major enterprise customers using security intelligence products and services. The work combines strategic consulting, technical delivery, executive communication, issue management, and continuous improvement of customers’ information security programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise engagement activities including delivery planning, support escalations, regular touchpoints, steering meetings, business reviews, and ad hoc intelligence requests. - Manage customer success plans and tailor projects to each client’s security priorities and operating model. - Deliver initiatives involving intelligence priorities, platform configuration, tuning, training, threat briefings, threat modeling, and workflow enablement. - Coordinate advisory and professional services engagements with internal and customer teams. - Help customers integrate intelligence into security workflows across threat intelligence, SOC, vulnerability management, incident response, GRC, threat hunting, security testing, and executive functions. - Track and communicate measurable value from practitioner teams through senior leadership, while representing customer needs to product teams. - Maintain detailed records of outcomes, sentiment, risks, technical plans, and escalations in customer success and project systems.
Requirements
- At least five years of analytical, consulting, intelligence, military, business operations, cybersecurity, or information security experience. - Experience working with enterprise customers and executive-level decision makers. - Strong understanding of security intelligence use cases and the ability to deliver advisory engagements. - Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Ability to communicate effectively with both deeply technical specialists and senior executives. - Mature judgment, problem-solving ability, teaching capability, and a strong focus on customer success and process improvement. - Willingness and ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
