Senior Technical Success Enablement Manager

Role overview
Shape how a technical customer-success organization builds expertise and turns that expertise into measurable customer outcomes. You will own enablement strategy, learning programs, and practical assessments while partnering with product specialists and leaders to make complex enterprise technology understandable, actionable, and relevant to customer adoption and value realization.
Responsibilities
- Define the enablement roadmap, capability gaps, competency expectations, learning paths, and proficiency standards for technical customer-success teams. - Build scalable onboarding and continuing-development programs that support practitioners throughout their progression. - Convert platform architecture, integrations, implementation patterns, and technical practices into role-specific learning materials. - Strengthen skills in customer diagnosis, risk and opportunity discovery, adoption planning, executive communication, and value discussions. - Develop capabilities in discovery, stakeholder management, storytelling, objection handling, and influencing without formal authority. - Create labs, certifications, assessments, and other applied learning experiences, measuring proficiency, behavior change, and business impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in enablement, technical customer success, solutions consulting, professional services, technical account management, solution architecture, or a comparable customer-facing technical discipline. - Experience designing and leading enablement programs for technical or specialized audiences. - Technical credibility with enterprise architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, troubleshooting, and complex customer environments. - Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to simplify difficult concepts and influence senior leaders and technical experts across functions.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise search, AI-powered digital experiences, relevance, recommendations, personalization, or adjacent technologies. - Previous experience as a technical account manager, customer-success architect, solutions consultant, or solution architect. - Background creating competency models, learning journeys, certifications, or proficiency-based programs. - Evidence of translating learning into measurable behavior change and business results in a changing software or AI environment.
