Junior Integrations Specialist

Role overview An early-career integrations role supporting customers of a K-12 school safety software platform. The position sits at the intersection of customer success and technical setup, helping schools connect their data systems so they can get the most out of their safety and wellbeing tools.

Responsibilities - Meet with new clients after the sale to gather integration requirements, with a primary focus on Student Information System and Active Directory connections plus general API integrations. - Communicate with clients throughout the setup process to ensure all parties have what they need to move forward successfully. - Consult with customers during and after setup to confirm their data is delivering the expected value. - Share data validation results with customers along with concrete guidance for improvement. - Keep internal stakeholders informed on deliverable and project milestone progress. - Act as a subject matter expert on integrations for sales, support, product, and other collaborators.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field. - 2+ years of relevant experience in a project management or customer-centric role. - Detail orientation and a naturally technical way of thinking. - Strong deductive reasoning skills. - Excellent soft skills and a customer-centric approach.

Nice to have - Working understanding of software integrations, APIs, or directory services.
