Board Advisor – Technology

Role overview A global, remote advisory seat for a senior technology leader to guide strategy, architecture, and team development at an early-stage AI platform company. The role blends strategic counsel with hands-on mentorship rather than day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities - Advise leadership on technology strategy and long-term architecture direction - Guide cloud-native and AI/ML infrastructure best practices - Mentor the engineering team on innovation, scalability, and infrastructure decisions - Track emerging technologies and translate them into actionable recommendations - Align technical execution with broader business strategy and growth plans

Requirements - 10–25+ years in tech leadership roles such as CTO or VP of Engineering - Deep expertise in SaaS platforms, cloud-native architecture, and AI/ML - Experience advising or scaling technology startups - Strategic mindset paired with hands-on product exposure - Strong problem-solving abilities and a mentorship-driven leadership style

Nice to have - Background working with globally distributed engineering teams - Prior board or formal advisory experience at growth-stage companies
