Chief Technology Officer

Role overview The Chief Technology Officer owns the end-to-end technology vision for a fast-moving AI product company. The role blends executive leadership with hands-on engineering direction, guiding the development and scaling of AI-driven platforms while building the technical organization from an early stage.

Responsibilities - Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap across products, infrastructure, and AI capabilities - Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering, ML, and platform teams - Oversee the design and scaling of cloud-based infrastructure to support rapid growth - Drive architectural decisions spanning AI/ML systems, data pipelines, and core services - Partner with founders and cross-functional leaders to align technology with business strategy - Evaluate emerging tools and methodologies to keep the engineering stack modern and effective

Requirements - Proven track record developing and scaling AI-driven products in a startup or high-growth setting - Strong leadership experience building and managing technical organizations - Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and adjacent technologies - Hands-on experience with scalable, cloud-based infrastructure - Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
