Lead Solutions Architect — ServiceNow & API Integration (Secret)

Role overview Lead the architecture of secure integrations that connect a service management platform with enterprise, clinical, and operational systems in a federal healthcare setting. The role spans solution design, integration standards, release review, and technical coordination with engineering and government stakeholders, with a focus on dependable systems that meet security and operational needs.

Responsibilities - Own end-to-end solution architecture and maintain an inventory of system interfaces and integrations. - Design API-based connections and platform integration patterns while preserving existing systems of record. - Plan for mobile and disconnected operations, including queued transactions, synchronization, and data reconciliation. - Set engineering standards, advise automation and data integration engineers, and review production releases for architectural alignment. - Resolve dependencies involving access, licensing, security, and interoperability; develop alternatives when platform constraints arise. - Lead interface approval work and represent engineering in architecture and security review forums.

Requirements - At least eight years of solutions architecture experience, including enterprise API design. - Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer credentials. - Meet applicable Department of Defense 8140 qualification requirements. - Hold an active U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Nice to have - ServiceNow implementation specialist certification in IT service management or integrations. - Experience in Platform One or Department of Defense Impact Level 5 environments. - Healthcare integration experience, including HL7 or FHIR.
