Senior Fullstack Engineer (Ruby on Rails & Hotwire)

Role overview Drive engineering on fast-moving SaaS products, taking features from idea through production with strong ownership. The work centers on a clean Ruby on Rails backend paired with a modern Hotwire and Turbo-driven user experience, favoring simplicity and shipping velocity over heavyweight frameworks.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain Rails applications powering high-growth SaaS products. - Implement responsive, interactive frontends using Hotwire, Turbo, and related Stimulus-style patterns. - Own features across the full lifecycle, including scoping, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration based on real usage. - Refactor and evolve the codebase to keep architecture clean, testable, and ready for continued growth. - Collaborate with product and design to translate customer problems into well-shaped technical solutions. - Contribute to code reviews, pairing, and shared standards that raise overall team quality.

Requirements - Senior experience as a fullstack engineer with deep, current Ruby on Rails expertise. - Practical experience building modern frontends using Turbo and Stimulus, or equivalent server-driven UI approaches. - Comfort taking ambiguous requirements and turning them into shipped, well-tested features. - Solid grasp of relational database design, background processing, and standard SaaS architecture patterns. - Track record of working on production SaaS products serving real customers at scale.

Nice to have - Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, containerized deployments, and observability tooling. - Experience mentoring other engineers or leading technical initiatives within a product team.
