Senior Fullstack Developer (Python & Angular)

Role overview A paired hire for two experienced senior fullstack developers joining an established engineering team that builds AI-driven applications for the banking industry. The work begins with maintenance and continuous improvement of an existing platform, then gradually expands into owning complete feature delivery across the stack.

Responsibilities - Maintain and continuously improve an existing AI-driven platform for the banking sector. - Develop Python backend services and Angular frontends as part of a fullstack workflow. - Build and integrate REST and other API interfaces, including LLM-based chatbot components. - Deploy and operate services on cloud-native infrastructure using OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker. - Contribute to architecture, infrastructure, and security initiatives within the team. - Plan, estimate, and deliver work as part of an agile Scrum process.

Requirements - Senior-level fullstack experience with Python on the backend and Angular on the frontend. - Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native deployment patterns. - Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker in production environments. - Comfort working in an agile Scrum team with collaborative planning and estimation. - A willingness to apply as a pair with a developer you already know and have ideally worked with before. - Interest in or experience with LLM-based applications and enterprise-grade platforms.

Nice to have - Prior exposure to banking, financial services, or other regulated industries. - Experience contributing to architecture or security decisions in established systems.
