Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview A full-time, remote full-stack engineering role building the core platform that powers thousands of homestay listings. The work centers on a modern web stack and welcomes candidates with strong fundamentals, including freshers, while still offering room for engineers with generative AI experience.

Responsibilities - Build and evolve the core platform that supports a large-scale homestay marketplace. - Develop features across the stack using Next.js, TypeScript, React, and related tooling. - Work with Vercel for deployment and Prisma together with NeonDB for data and ORM workflows. - Contribute to product decisions that affect thousands of hosts and guests. - Collaborate remotely with a distributed engineering team. - Explore and integrate generative AI or LLM-based capabilities where they add value.

Requirements - Solid grasp of Next.js, TypeScript, React, and modern web development fundamentals. - Comfort working with serverless deployment platforms and managed databases. - Strong programming fundamentals and a willingness to take ownership of features. - Ability to work full-time remotely. - Residency in West Bengal, India.

Nice to have - Hands-on experience with GenAI or LLM integrations. - Prior work on marketplace, travel, or accommodation platforms. - Familiarity with Prisma and NeonDB or comparable data layers.
