Senior Consultant, Patient Experience

Role overview Lead consulting engagements that help healthcare organizations improve patient and employee experience. You’ll guide projects from planning through delivery, translate qualitative and quantitative findings into executive decisions, and build trusted relationships with senior healthcare leaders while contributing to growth of the consulting practice.

Responsibilities - Manage complex client engagements, including scope, schedules, budgets, team delivery, and measurable outcomes. - Advise executive leaders, health system boards, and clinical teams, building durable working relationships. - Analyze healthcare experience data and turn findings into executive briefings, recommendations, and strategic roadmaps. - Identify client needs, develop proposals, and help expand account relationships and the consulting pipeline. - Lead executive workshops, clinical training, and leadership sessions that support lasting operational change. - Develop and improve consulting methods, tools, and service offerings with internal partners. - Mentor colleagues and coordinate cross-functional expertise to meet client priorities.

Requirements - Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end consulting projects and manage scope, budgets, timelines, and outcomes. - Strong communication and facilitation skills with senior executives, boards, and clinical audiences. - Ability to interpret complex quantitative and qualitative information and present clear strategic recommendations. - Experience identifying client opportunities and contributing to proposals, account growth, or business development. - Skill in guiding teams through organizational change and building capabilities through training.
