Responsibilities - Develop enterprise solution architectures, AI use cases, and sales approaches that position a platform within customers’ technology environments. - Partner with sales and engineering colleagues on large enterprise opportunities, using executive workshops to test ideas and support measurable outcomes. - Turn successful customer work into repeatable architectures, sales plays, and enablement materials for field teams. - Bring customer and market feedback to product and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities. - Represent the organization at conferences, customer events, analyst briefings, and executive advisory sessions. - Coach field engineering colleagues and share approaches that improve team capabilities.
