Cloud Architect, Product Management

Role overview

Bridge cloud architecture, product management, engineering, and customer-facing teams to turn complex cloud needs into practical product capabilities. Shape designs and validate features against enterprise security and performance expectations, then help field teams and customers implement them successfully.

Responsibilities - Advise product managers on cloud requirements and translate them into clear product specifications. - Work with product and engineering teams to design and assess secure, reliable architectures and workflows. - Test new features in lab and customer environments, identifying integration issues before broader release. - Prepare implementation guides and technical enablement materials for sales engineering and services teams. - Advise customers and partners on cloud architecture and integration challenges.

Requirements - 10+ years in cloud architecture, sales engineering, or technical product work in cybersecurity or enterprise software. - Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform, plus cloud infrastructure, APIs, and identity services. - Able to deliver technical demonstrations, validate integrations, and troubleshoot implementation issues hands-on. - Skilled at explaining technical topics in terms that work for both executives and practitioners. - Comfortable collaborating across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Nice to have - Background in cloud security, data resilience, or hybrid cloud infrastructure. - Experience working with cloud architects or security engineering teams.
