Senior Product Manager, Search & Exam

Role overview A senior product leader is needed to drive a defined product area within an AI-powered document analysis platform used in real estate closings. The role centers on measuring and improving the quality of AI-drafted expert work product, owning the roadmap end to end, and partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship measurable improvements.

Responsibilities - Own a slice of the roadmap end to end, including scoping, release, adoption, and iteration - Define what "correct" means for AI-generated expert outputs and build the evaluation and scoring framework that proves it - Build an error taxonomy by analyzing user corrections, ranking and quantifying model failures and the value of fixing each - Design and run rigorous experiments across prompts, models, and pipelines with statistical discipline - Write clear, plain-language PRDs that frame the problem, success criteria, and context - Instrument shipped work across accuracy, adoption, latency, and cost per run, driving cost down without sacrificing accuracy - Partner with engineering and design to break ambitious goals into small, shippable milestones - Build rapid prototypes to pressure-test ideas before committing engineering capacity - Collaborate with go-to-market, customer success, and customers directly to drive adoption - Report quality trends, roadmap progress, and adoption to executives

Requirements - Five or more years of product management experience building exceptional software products - Hands-on experience shipping AI or ML features where output quality and evaluation were central concerns - Strong statistical literacy and comfort designing experiments that withstand scrutiny - Demonstrated ability to write precise product specifications that guide engineering work - Track record of partnering with engineering and design to ship iteratively in small milestones - Experience instrumenting products and using metrics to drive decisions on quality, cost, and adoption

Nice to have - Background in domains involving document review, compliance, legal, or other expert-judgment workflows - Familiarity with state-level regulatory variation or domain-specific rules that affect product behavior - Comfort working directly with customers and field teams to drive adoption
