Role overview A B2B real estate technology company that brings together homebuyers, sellers, lenders, title agents, and real estate agents on a shared digital closing platform is hiring a senior product manager for its platform area. The role manages data platforms and deploys agentic capabilities to internal operational teams, fueling continued product improvement and business growth.
Responsibilities - Lead with a product strategy that bends key business metrics upward. - Leverage AI both in personal workflow and in proposed product solutions to unlock new tiers of opportunity. - Become an expert in customer strategy so platform work complements what customers are trying to achieve. - Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ship elegant, robust web products. - Enable product marketing, customer success, and sales to do their best work through partnership. - Write clear specifications that communicate problem, criteria, and context succinctly. - Use data to form and defend positions, and make sound judgment calls when the situation calls for it.
Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience building extraordinary software. - Track record of scoping, executing, and delivering products with measurable business impact. - Analytical and strategic, with a proven record of using data to drive decisions. - Customer-obsessed with a love for enabling people to do their best work. - Strong problem-solving skills through listening, disambiguating, asking questions, and negotiating trade-offs. - Experience creating and communicating roadmaps to executives.
Nice to have - Background as a data analyst, software engineer, or managing data platforms.
