Senior Technical Program Manager, Network Facilities

Role overview

Responsibilities

- Define and drive strategic programs that address ambiguous, high-impact challenges spanning multiple product areas. - Lead efforts to standardize processes and scale operations across wireless infrastructure workstreams. - Partner with senior leaders across functions to reconcile competing priorities and unlock cross-organizational collaboration. - Build innovative operational solutions, diagnose process breakdowns, and adapt quickly to shifting conditions. - Co-author technical roadmaps and white papers with engineering stakeholders to inform data-driven decisions. - Coach and mentor teammates, setting and evolving best practices for program management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Seven years of experience in a service-provider or enterprise network environment, with working knowledge of core and access networking concepts such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, ELINE/ELAN/EVPN, fiber optics, DWDM, transceivers, BMS, and AC/DC power systems. - Four years of technical program management or equivalent experience leading complex, cross-functional, high-impact programs. - Demonstrated ability to build effective program teams and establish practices that drive continuous improvement. - Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience instantiating highly scalable core and access networks in a live service-provider or large enterprise setting. - Direct operational experience with Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Nokia, or Ciena network equipment. - Working knowledge of telecom electrical systems, including 120/208/240VAC, -48VDC, and PoE, plus associated conversions and calculations. - Familiarity with network space planning, including rack face elevations, floorplans, and electrical and heat density. - Track record of translating systemic issues into long-term transformational initiatives.

Benefits and work setup

- US base salary range of $121,800 to $196,400, plus bonus and benefits, with location-specific variation discussed during the hiring process. - Full-time position based in the United States; this opportunity is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. - Application window remains open through at least September 27, 2026, and may extend or close earlier based on business needs.
