Senior Product Manager, Platform

Role overview A senior product leader is needed to drive the roadmap for a B2B real estate closing platform that connects homebuyers, sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate professionals on a shared digital workflow. The position owns the data platforms layer and is responsible for embedding agentic AI capabilities into the tools used by internal operational teams, directly shaping how transactions are executed at scale.

Responsibilities - Define and execute a product strategy tied to measurable business inflection points for the platform - Identify and ship AI-driven and agentic features that unlock new operational capacity for internal users - Develop deep expertise in customer workflows so platform changes reinforce, rather than disrupt, their goals - Partner with engineering and design to deliver polished, production-grade web products - Support product marketing, customer success, and sales with the context and assets they need to perform - Write concise specifications that frame the problem, success criteria, and surrounding context - Defend product positions using data while exercising judgment when speed matters

Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience shipping meaningful software products - Demonstrated ability to scope, execute, and launch products with measurable business impact - Strong analytical and strategic skills with a track record of data-informed decision making - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for enabling others to do their best work - Proven skill at disambiguating problems, asking sharp questions, and negotiating trade-offs - Experience building product roadmaps and presenting them to executive audiences

Nice to have - Background as a data analyst, software engineer, or hands-on owner of data platform products - Based in Austin, Texas, though remote arrangements may be explored for the right candidate
