Product Manager

Role overview A remote Product Manager position is open on a small, cross-functional squad building blockchain and Web3 finance products. The role centers on discovering, developing, launching, and marketing products within a global ecosystem of digital-asset and decentralized-finance offerings, working alongside engineering, design, marketing, and business-development teammates to keep a complex platform moving forward.

Responsibilities - Translate business needs into a clear product vision and maintain that vision through the life of each initiative. - Track the competitive landscape, run market analyses, and surface findings that shape product direction. - Prioritize features and capabilities, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and strategic fit. - Align stakeholders across product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams around roadmap decisions. - Maintain the product backlog, plan releases, and escalate or resolve issues that block delivery. - Foster a shared understanding across the wider team so contributors can make confident, independent day-to-day decisions.

Requirements - 3+ years of product management experience on complex, technical products. - Background managing high-load, high-availability enterprise-grade systems. - Solid grasp of user-experience principles and the ability to reason about logical flows. - Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile, and Scrum practices. - Highly organized, comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams in parallel.

Nice to have - Prior exposure to blockchain, digital assets, exchanges, or other fintech platforms.
