Senior Product Manager, Clear

Role overview This is a Senior Product Manager role owning a suite of AI agents that perform real estate title curative work end to end for settlement firms across all 50 states. The product is already running in production on live transactions, so the work centers on scaling what works, scoping what comes next, and driving customer adoption. It is a hands-on role for someone who has shipped AI agents and wants to push them to national scale inside a regulated, high-stakes workflow.

Responsibilities - Own the curative agent portfolio across roadmap, scoping, release, adoption, and iteration - Write precise agent specifications for AI systems handling real title workflows across all 50 states - Build rapid prototypes to pressure-test ideas before committing engineering effort - Partner with engineering and design to break large goals into small, shippable milestones - Analyze deployment and utilization data rigorously and use it to sharpen priorities each release - Track cost-of-goods-sold per agent run and reduce it without sacrificing accuracy - Report to executives on roadmap, adoption, and agent performance, and work directly with go-to-market, customer success, and customers to drive usage

Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience building consumer or B2B software - Hands-on experience building AI agents, professionally or personally, with the ability to demo one - Fluency with modern AI development tooling such as Claude Code or comparable coding agents - Strong written communication, including tight, plain-language PRDs that frame problem, success criteria, and context - Comfort working with data on deployment, utilization, and unit cost to prioritize releases

Nice to have - Background in real estate, proptech, title, or other regulated transaction workflows - Experience shipping products to both small business and enterprise customers - Comfort working across go-to-market and customer success functions in addition to engineering and design
