Role overview

Manage the onboarding and implementation of Catholic parish customers adopting a SaaS product suite for digital giving and community operations. The role combines project management, customer education, product adoption, account planning, issue resolution, and close coordination with internal product, service delivery, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

- Manage a pipeline of simultaneous customer implementations, meeting defined monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals. - Set clear expectations, guide customers through onboarding, and promote effective adoption of the available product capabilities. - Create account-specific implementation plans and strategies based on customer needs and operational goals. - Review account results and metrics, communicate value and return on investment, and recommend process improvements. - Coordinate internal teams to resolve client issues, maintain implementation momentum, and support customer retention. - Prepare accurate reports and forecasts while staying informed about parish software markets, products, and competitive activity.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background. - At least three years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success management. - Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and workload-prioritization skills. - Proven ability to resolve problems by engaging internal teams and coordinating practical solutions. - Experience managing multiple concurrent customer relationships with limited supervision. - Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and with the operating environment, culture, products, and services of Catholic parishes.

Nice to have

- Spanish proficiency sufficient to translate written or verbal communications and support Spanish-speaking customers. - Experience identifying and implementing improvements to customer or business processes.
