Sr. Product Manager

Role overview Lead product strategy and execution for an AI-powered platform serving the government contracting sector. The role centers on shaping roadmap priorities for B2B SaaS offerings, partnering with applied AI researchers, and translating customer needs into high-impact product releases in a venture-backed, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end product planning, development, and launch of features aligned to platform goals and customer demand. - Apply deep familiarity with government contracting workflows, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), to inform feature design and positioning. - Partner with AI/ML research teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI capabilities into the product. - Run agile delivery using tools like Jira, from discovery through release, ensuring predictable execution. - Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and translate insights into prioritized enhancements. - Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, sales, marketing, and support for smooth rollouts and adoption.

Requirements - 6+ years of product management experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization, ideally tied to government contracting. - Working knowledge of RFP processes and the procurement lifecycle in the public sector. - Proficiency with agile methodologies and product planning tools such as Jira. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams on AI-powered products. - Strong strategic thinking, leadership presence, and written and verbal communication skills. - U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a federal background check and identity verification.
