Fullstack-Developer (100% Remote)

Role overview

A fully remote Fullstack Developer opening for junior and senior candidates, building features on an all-in-one SaaS platform for property management companies. The work splits across product, integrations, and an agent platform, with most code authored using AI tools such as Claude and Cursor.

Responsibilities

- Build full-stack product features for the platform, owning new functionality from idea through refinement - Build and maintain backend integrations covering email, telephony (Twilio and Vonage), and WhatsApp - Handle large-scale data migrations including years of email history, hundreds of thousands of documents, and complete records on buildings, apartments, contracts, and contacts - Improve the agent platform, which exposes more than 200 tools and a built-in knowledge base, supporting both text and voice agents - Ship iteratively using AI-assisted coding workflows

Requirements

- More than a year of experience shipping production code - Builder mentality that favors shipping a rough v1 to real customers over prolonged planning - Comfortable working autonomously with full ownership of tasks - Writes almost all code using AI tools - Performs well under performance pressure - Quick learner who considers themselves a generalist rather than a specialist - Fluent in English

Nice to have

- Solid backend and systems-design experience, including designing a database from the ground up and optimizing query performance and cost - Experience building production agents - Comfort with queues and long-running workflows
