Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview A remote, global opportunity for a senior-level engineer to design, build, and ship production software that powers the talent acquisition advertising flow between job listings and applicant tracking systems. The role combines hands-on coding with architectural input on APIs, databases, and user interfaces, and supports features spanning auto-generated landing pages, candidate engagement, and consolidated job advertising management.

Responsibilities - Partner with cross-functional product, design, and operations teams to scope and deliver software solutions aligned with customer needs. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code primarily in React.js, GraphQL, Node.js, and Postgres/SQL environments. - Participate in code reviews, share constructive feedback, and uphold quality standards across the codebase. - Contribute to system design and architecture decisions for APIs, data models, and front-end interfaces. - Continuously improve performance, scalability, and reliability of customer-facing applications. - Track emerging engineering trends and selectively apply new technologies to strengthen the product.

Requirements - Senior-level proficiency with React.js, GraphQL, Postgres, SQL, and adjacent technologies. - Three or more years of professional software engineering experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on practical delivery. - Clear written and verbal communication and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have - Prior experience in the talent acquisition, recruiting technology, or HR software space.
