Analyze marketing and customer data to improve campaign measurement, explain performance, and recommend practical next steps. Responsibilities
- Analyze large and varied datasets with R, SQL, and Python to identify performance patterns, business opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Translate findings into concise explanations that clearly answer the business question, explain the “so what,” and recommend an action. - Develop statistics-based performance forecasts and support modern measurement approaches for marketing programs. - Coordinate analytical delivery and collaboration through a task-management workflow, maintaining reliable timelines and clear handoffs. - Use AI-assisted methods to improve analytical and operational processes where appropriate. - Contribute to high-quality reporting and measurement work by checking accuracy, clarity, methodological limitations, and usefulness to decision-makers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. - At least two years of experience in marketing analytics. - Proficiency in R or Python and SQL. - Strong data-visualization skills using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. - Experience with ETL platforms such as Funnel.io or Fivetran. - Strong communication, presentation, organization, attention to detail, independence, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure. - Solid understanding of statistical modeling, experiment design, customer analysis, statistical limitations, and the data infrastructure needed to support data science.
Nice to have
Experience with digital data-collection tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, or Adobe Analytics is useful. Additional relevant experience includes ad-platform reporting, third-party pixels, product catalogs, and server-side tracking.
