Role overview
Direct a substantial business analytics organization supporting Marketing, Sales, and Finance in a fast-growing travel and financial technology environment. This senior leadership role sets the analytical agenda for revenue growth, customer acquisition, commercial performance, and financial planning, while serving as a strategic partner to senior executives and building the systems and talent needed for rigorous decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define the analytics vision, roadmap, priorities, and standards across Marketing, Sales, and Finance. - Lead and develop a team of more than 15 analysts and managers, building a strong leadership pipeline and retaining high-performing talent. - Advise commercial and financial executives by turning complex data into clear recommendations for strategy, investment, and operating priorities. - Guide analysis of acquisition, attribution, channel performance, lifecycle value, campaign return, pipeline health, forecasting, territories, incentives, revenue, unit economics, and cohorts. - Build a scalable operating model covering intake, prioritization, stakeholder management, metric governance, reporting standards, and quality assurance. - Partner with data and engineering teams to improve data models, tooling, self-service access, and analytical reliability.
Requirements
- At least 10 years in business analytics, data analytics, or a related function supporting commercial teams. - At least 5 years managing analytics teams, including managers and multi-team organizations. - Demonstrated success partnering with senior Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Revenue leaders. - Strong business judgment and the ability to link analysis to growth, customer value, efficiency, and strategic outcomes. - Strong SQL skills, experience with large datasets, and fluency with BI tools and modern data platforms. - Experience establishing analytics processes, prioritization systems, reporting standards, and metric governance across multiple domains.
Nice to have
- Experience with attribution, growth experimentation, forecasting, cohort analysis, board reporting, causal inference, or segmentation. - Familiarity with commercial systems such as CRM, product analytics, marketing automation, and conversation-intelligence platforms. - Background in travel, hospitality, marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, or other high-volume businesses.
Benefits and work setup
- Base pay range of $209,000–$290,000 USD, with equity for all employees and possible annual bonus eligibility. - Hybrid-hub model, with fully remote or office-based arrangements depending on role and location. - Benefits and perks vary by employment type and location.
