Role overview
This part-time remote role focuses on turning client requirements into dependable CRM and marketing-automation systems. You will configure customer records, pipelines, forms, calendars, campaigns, and integrations so leads receive timely follow-up, appointments are managed automatically, and operational gaps are reduced. The work combines hands-on platform configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination across several client projects.
Responsibilities
- Configure CRM accounts, including contacts, custom fields, tags, pipelines, and opportunities. - Build automated journeys using triggers, delays, conditions, and goals for lead nurturing, appointment reminders, no-show recovery, reviews, and follow-up. - Create forms, surveys, calendars, email campaigns, SMS sequences, sending-domain settings, and related compliance configurations. - Connect external systems through native integrations, automation platforms, and webhooks. - Test workflows end to end, investigate failures to their root cause, monitor performance, and improve reliability. - Document workflows and naming standards while coordinating delivery with project managers, designers, copywriters, and client-support teams.
Requirements
- At least two years of practical experience with CRM or marketing-automation platforms. - Strong understanding of workflows, triggers, conditions, delays, goals, webhooks, pipelines, and lead management. - Experience creating automated email and SMS campaigns, with awareness of consent, opt-out, registration, and deliverability fundamentals. - Ability to troubleshoot automation issues methodically and identify underlying causes. - Excellent organization and attention to detail while managing multiple client assignments. - Clear written and spoken English, independent working habits, dependable high-speed internet, and availability from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. US Central Time, Monday through Friday.
