Role overview A Product Manager will own the roadmap for an online-dating intelligence platform that helps users evaluate trust, transparency, and safety before meeting someone new. The role blends consumer-product strategy with experimentation, AI-driven features, and subscription growth in a fast-moving startup environment. Compensation is listed at $125,000-$150,000.
Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve acquisition, engagement, trust, safety, and subscription growth. - Map user behavior across the dating journey and reduce friction while increasing confidence and conversion. - Lead continuous A/B testing across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, messaging, AI experiences, viral loops, referrals, and subscription funnels. - Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Project Management, and Customer Support to ship high-impact releases. - Translate customer insights, behavioral analytics, and market trends into actionable product requirements. - Define and monitor KPIs such as activation, retention, conversion, lifetime value, referrals, and subscription revenue, while shaping AI-powered trust and compatibility experiences.
Requirements - Five or more years of product management or ownership experience in consumer technology, online dating, SaaS, marketplace, ecommerce, or subscription products. - Proven success growing customer-facing products through experimentation, analytics, and continuous optimization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a record of using data to prioritize opportunities. - Familiarity with AI-powered consumer experiences, personalization, and behavioral analytics. - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with influence across technical and business teams. - Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a bias toward action.
Nice to have - Experience with product analytics and experimentation platforms such as GA4, VWO, or Domo. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - MBA or equivalent product leadership experience.
