Role overview Lead the product strategy for a Real Estate platform, owning the roadmap from discovery through delivery in a SaaS environment. This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, and go-to-market teams, shaping a platform used by brokers, agents, and property management professionals.
Responsibilities - Own and evolve the product roadmap, translating market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback into clear priorities. - Conduct discovery work with brokers, agents, property managers, and other end users to surface pain points and unmet needs. - Partner with engineering, design, and QA to plan sprints, prioritize the backlog, and ship high-quality features on schedule. - Write product specifications with acceptance criteria and success metrics, managing scope, timeline, and quality trade-offs. - Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches, pricing, and packaging while acting as the internal voice of the customer. - Define and track engagement, adoption, retention, and conversion metrics, using A/B testing and cohort analysis to guide iteration.
Requirements - Deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, key players, and common pain points. - Proven Product Manager track record in SaaS, ideally within real estate technology or a related vertical. - Demonstrated ability to turn customer and market insights into a prioritized, actionable roadmap. - Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design in an agile development environment. - Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders across the business. - Data-driven decision-making experience analyzing product metrics to guide strategy. - Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard) and CRM systems.
