Job details
About this role
Role overview Own the discovery, delivery, launch, and adoption of a product that helps teams manage application releases across Kubernetes environments while working with their existing Argo CD setup. The product is at an early design stage, so you’ll validate customer problems, shape what to build first, and guide it to market. This is a technical product role requiring practical experience with Kubernetes application delivery and familiarity with infrastructure as code.
Responsibilities - Interview platform engineers, DevOps teams, infrastructure leaders, prospects, and customers to understand real production workflows and pain points. - Combine customer conversations with usage data, support cases, commercial input, and market research to identify worthwhile problems. - Define product requirements, success measures, and recommendations; prioritize opportunities by customer value, strategic fit, effort, risk, and learning potential. - Work with Design to prototype and validate solutions, and with Engineering to set scope and resolve trade-offs. - Recruit design partners, run early customer pilots, and coordinate launch readiness with marketing, sales, customer success, and support. - Review adoption and feedback after release to decide whether to improve, expand, or stop the work.
Requirements - At least three years of product management experience, including independent ownership of a technical B2B product or area from discovery through delivery and adoption. - Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes application delivery, such as Argo CD, Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps promotion across environments. - Ability to explain how delivery tools work and where teams face operational or organizational challenges. - Working familiarity with Terraform or OpenTofu workflows, including Git-based changes, plan and apply, state, policy, and drift. - Skill in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative evidence into clear product decisions, with strong written communication for technical audiences. - Strong spoken and written English (B2 or above) and residence in the European Union.
Nice to have Experience with other GitOps delivery tools, cloud infrastructure, OPA/Rego, CI/CD, RBAC, audit systems, internal developer platforms, B2B SaaS, product analytics, SQL, or AI tools for research.
Benefits and work setup Remote-first work and a flexible working environment are offered.
