Technical Product Manager

Role overview Own the product direction and delivery of an AI-powered machining agent designed to help manufacturers automate and accelerate CNC programming. You will turn complex customer, business, and manufacturing needs into a usable product, working closely with AI, algorithms, and software teams from early discovery through launch and ongoing improvement. The work sits at the intersection of advanced manufacturing and applied AI in a fast-moving product environment.

Responsibilities - Set the product vision and roadmap, guiding work from concept through release and iteration. - Translate user, business, and manufacturing needs into clear requirements, priorities, and technical trade-offs. - Collaborate with AI, algorithm, and software teams to define problems and deliver product features. - Lead discovery through customer engagement, user research, data analysis, and internal collaboration. - Balance immediate delivery with longer-term product direction in an ambiguous environment. - Define outcome measures, monitor performance, and use findings to improve the product. - Align engineering, leadership, and go-to-market partners around product priorities.

Requirements - Product management or systems engineering experience in complex technical domains. - Technical fluency, including comfort with programming concepts and multidisciplinary systems. - Experience working with research and development teams; robotics or deep-tech settings are especially relevant. - Familiarity with agile product development, ideally in an early-stage or fast-moving organization. - Ability to turn real manufacturing problems into actionable requirements and technical choices. - A strong ownership record, driving products from definition through delivery.

Nice to have - Experience in manufacturing, robotics, AI, or other technically demanding product areas.
