About this role

Role overview A Product Manager will drive growth, engagement, monetization, and retention across a consumer ecommerce and subscription platform built on large-scale public-records and identity data. The role owns the ecommerce and subscription roadmap, leveraging experimentation, analytics, and AI to optimize the full customer journey from acquisition through lifetime value. Compensation is listed at $125,000-$150,000.

Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the ecommerce and subscription platform, prioritizing initiatives that grow acquisition, conversion, retention, monetization, and lifetime value. - Map customer behavior across the purchase journey and reduce friction while improving trust, transparency, and conversion. - Lead continuous experimentation across search, onboarding, upsells, AI experiences, and lifecycle initiatives. - Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Customer Success, Compliance, and Project Management to deliver high-impact releases. - Translate customer research, behavioral analytics, competitive intelligence, and market trends into prioritized requirements. - Track KPIs including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, subscription conversion, renewal rate, churn, lifetime value, and engagement, and present results to executive leadership.

Requirements - Five or more years of product management or ownership experience in ecommerce, subscription, consumer technology, marketplace, digital products, or information services. - Proven success growing customer-facing products through experimentation, analytics, and continuous optimization. - Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics such as conversion optimization, average order value, retention, churn, and lifetime value. - Familiarity with AI-powered consumer applications, personalization, recommendation engines, or search technologies. - Experience with subscription products, pricing optimization, retention, and digital commerce. - Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation platforms such as GA4, Domo, VWO, or Optimizely.

Nice to have - Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. - MBA or equivalent product leadership experience.
