About this role
Role overview
This role focuses on shaping how creative briefs are created, refined, and brought to life inside an AI-powered advertising platform. The designer will own the end-to-end brief experience, working at the intersection of agentic AI and real creative workflows used by both enterprise brand teams and small creative shops. The mission is to turn a typically scattered, error-prone process into a clear, guided journey from first upload through AI analysis, collaborative editing, review, and final approval.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete brief mode experience, from initial upload through AI analysis, collaborative editing, review, and approval to final creative output - Design agentic and AI-assisted interactions and journeys, prototyping quickly in Figma and other AI tools, and producing clear build-ready handovers - Partner closely with product, engineering, and AI teams from discovery through delivery, running user research and usability testing to validate direction - Use product analytics and session replays to identify friction and back design decisions with qualitative and quantitative evidence - Evolve and maintain the design system with reusable patterns that work for both enterprise brand teams and self-serve users
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience on B2B SaaS or complex workflow tools, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of shipped features - Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, including generative, conversational, or agentic interfaces with thoughtful uncertainty, loading, and error states - Strong interaction and systems thinking, comfortable with multi-step flows, permissions, statuses, and edge cases - Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping; comfort with AI prototyping tools or front-end basics like React and component libraries is a strong plus - Experience using qualitative research and quantitative data (e.g., Amplitude) to shape and validate decisions
Nice to have
- Background in adtech, marketing, creative operations, or agency workflows
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first setup with the ability to work from anywhere in your home country, plus flexible working hours - Generous time off including 25 days PTO plus public holidays under a flexible time off scheme - Health insurance or private medical cover - Monthly stipend toward wellness, fitness, and learning and development - Enhanced parental leave policies covering birth, adoption, and surrogacy - Access to a London office for UK-based employees
