Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of creative concepts across digital, print, and multimedia marketing materials. - Own the digital design system and partner with brand teams to maintain a consistent, evocative visual presence. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to craft compelling visual narratives aligned with brand strategy and business goals. - Manage and mentor a team of digital designers, providing feedback that raises creative quality. - Oversee projects from ideation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. - Contribute to brand guidelines and analyze creative asset performance across digital channels to drive engagement and conversion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years managing people directly within a B2B SaaS or high-tech environment. - Advanced expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. - Demonstrated ability to lead creative direction across digital campaigns and brand systems. - Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners such as product, UX, marketing, and sales.

- Experience designing for technical or industrial audiences. - Familiarity with motion design, multimedia production, or emerging creative tooling.
