Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role overview Contribute to the software platform powering the experiences sector, including an operations management suite, embeddable scheduling and booking widgets, B2B and B2C sales tools, and custom enterprise solutions. Operators depend on this stack to run their businesses, so the engineering stakes are real. The team is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer who works AI-first, treating AI as a core part of the build process by delegating work to agents, reviewing output critically, and course-correcting when things drift.

Responsibilities - Architect and break ambiguous product problems into well-scoped tasks for AI agents, owning full-stack features from design through production release - Design and operate complex agent orchestration systems that ship real product functionality - Design APIs and data models that prioritize long-term consistency and maintainability - Contribute to an AI-first engineering culture by documenting patterns and helping the team level up - Use AI coding tools fluently to compress implementation time while critically reviewing all generated output - Collaborate closely with Product and Design to surface gaps in specs and edge cases early - Uphold quality through code reviews, test coverage, and catching defects before production

Requirements - 5+ years of professional development with Java and/or JavaScript and a track record of shipping production systems - Strong backend fundamentals in API design, data modeling, SQL, service reliability, and production debugging - Demonstrated daily use of AI coding tools in a production engineering workflow - Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability - Strong system design instincts around tradeoffs, edge cases, and failure modes at scale - Clear, direct communication style with constructive disagreement skills - Interest in Elixir or other functional languages as the stack expands

Nice to have - B2B SaaS experience with multi-tenant data models or transactional workflows - Background on small, high-output teams making architectural calls independently - Frontend experience with Angular or modern JavaScript frameworks - Domain experience in travel, hospitality, or the experiences industry
