Forward Deployed Engineer

Role overview Deliver AI-enabled software in customer environments, taking projects from early prototypes through stable production use. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their workflows and constraints, turn open-ended needs into practical technical plans, and feed reusable solutions back into the platform.

Responsibilities - Own implementation delivery from initial prototype to production readiness. - Discover customer workflows, data, constraints, and measures of success. - Turn ambiguous requests into structured plans and align expectations around scope, pace, and quality. - Extend an internal platform with reusable patterns and custom code where it adds value. - Prototype, validate, iterate, harden, and scale solutions in short feedback cycles. - Lead customer communication in English, identify risks early, and contribute tools and lessons learned for future projects.

Requirements - A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Software engineering experience with ownership of technical delivery; customer-facing experience is useful. - Production backend experience with Python and FastAPI. - Frontend experience with React and Next.js, plus familiarity with Azure infrastructure. - Knowledge of orchestration or automation tools such as Logic Apps or Power Automate. - Strong spoken and written English, sound problem-solving in ambiguous situations, and an adaptable, collaborative approach.
