Job details
About this role
Role overview Build software that helps operators investigate incidents affecting AI compute infrastructure. You’ll work across frontend and backend systems, turning workload and infrastructure signals into clear timelines, evidence, and practical workflows in collaboration with HPC specialists.
Responsibilities - Create interfaces that make incident timelines, evidence, uncertainty, and ownership easy to understand. - Develop services and data flows that connect workload and infrastructure signals with traceable provenance. - Work with HPC engineers to turn recurring investigations into product workflows. - Observe operators using the tools and refine the experience based on their feedback. - Own features through implementation, reliability, accessibility, and documentation.
Requirements - Experience building and maintaining production web applications across frontend and backend. - Ability to design clear interfaces for complex data and debug distributed software. - Care for data correctness, access boundaries, and operational reliability. - Curiosity about Linux, GPU infrastructure, and large distributed workloads.
Nice to have Experience with observability or incident tools, Python, TypeScript or systems programming, Kubernetes, or infrastructure APIs. Prior HPC experience is not required.
