Lead Frontend Engineer

Role overview Lead frontend architecture and technical direction for scalable, customer-facing web applications. Responsibilities - Set architecture and performance foundations for large-scale content management applications. - Improve frontend infrastructure and Core Web Vitals across multiple products. - Guide code reviews and uphold standards for quality and maintainability. - Explain technical decisions and delivery progress to product and nontechnical stakeholders. - Improve development workflows and collaborate with remote product teams to ship web applications. - Use AI tools across engineering workflows, applying sound judgment to their outputs.

Requirements - Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js App Router. - Extensive experience managing internationalization in large applications, including translation platform integrations. - Experience with monorepo tooling such as NX or Turborepo. - Experience integrating third-party APIs, analytics, and A/B testing. - Demonstrated SEO and page-speed improvements, including metrics such as CLS and INP. - UI/UX capability with Figma and responsive consumer web applications.
