DevOps Engineer

Role overview Help development and operations teams deliver software reliably by automating build, deployment, and infrastructure work. The role covers cloud operations across providers, with a focus on system reliability, scalability, security, and responsive support. The position is remote in India.

Responsibilities - Partner with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to clarify project needs and maintain clear system documentation. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software builds, tests, and deployments. - Automate software delivery and configuration; assess tools that can improve development and deployment workflows. - Manage cloud infrastructure and define it as code using tools such as Terraform or Pulumi. - Monitor system health and performance, identify reliability or scalability issues, and address them proactively. - Apply security controls, support troubleshooting, and join an on-call rotation for critical incidents.

Requirements - Experience across software development and IT operations, including work in a DevOps or similar role. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices. - Ability to design and operate automated build, test, and deployment pipelines. - Knowledge of monitoring, security, and compliance practices for infrastructure and applications. - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have - Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
