Senior Partner Delivery Manager (UK)

Role overview Own and grow relationships with strategic systems integration, consulting, and implementation partners delivering enterprise AI and customer experience programs. The role helps partners build effective services practices and supports successful customer delivery through governance, coordination, and practical guidance.

Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of strategic partners and build trusted relationships with partner leaders, delivery teams, architects, and customer stakeholders. - Advise partners on services practice design, delivery methods, team structure, certifications, and go-to-market approaches. - Oversee partner-led enterprise implementations, tracking progress and addressing delivery risks and escalations. - Coordinate with sales, partner management, customer success, professional services, product, and solution engineering teams. - Establish governance, success measures, delivery reviews, and executive business reviews. - Help develop repeatable partner success programs, playbooks, and operating frameworks.

Requirements - At least six years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services. - Demonstrated success working with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or implementation partners to achieve customer outcomes. - Strong understanding of enterprise delivery approaches, including Agile frameworks such as SAFe, waterfall methods, and project governance. - Confident executive communication and facilitation skills across partner leadership, customer executives, and technical teams. - Excellent written and spoken English.
