About this role
Role overview This role leads end-to-end onboarding projects for home medical equipment (HME) providers adopting a digital ordering platform that connects health systems, payers, and suppliers across the United States. The position blends consultative project management with change enablement, helping transition providers away from fax- and paper-based workflows toward streamlined digital ordering, AI-assisted intake, and API-driven integrations. It is a customer-facing implementation role that partners closely with sales, customer success, and product teams.
Responsibilities - Own full-cycle implementation projects for new HME provider partners, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, including delegation to implementation specialists. - Drive activation of platform features such as AI intake, documentation tools, and signature requests, coordinating go-live metrics with internal stakeholders. - Build dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations that surface partnership opportunities and inform optimization decisions. - Design and roll out process improvements that reduce onboarding friction and shorten time-to-value for providers. - Lead partner training sessions and change-management activities, equipping end users with confidence in the platform. - Advise customers on API integration and interoperability best practices, guiding technical implementations alongside internal engineering resources.
Requirements - 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based healthcare or health-tech work. - Demonstrated success implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms in a customer-facing capacity. - Process-oriented mindset with experience building and executing transformation roadmaps. - Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools such as advanced Excel, Tableau, HubSpot, and JIRA. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving technology adoption or workflow modernization. - Clear, consultative communication style and a customer-centric approach to change.
Nice to have - Exposure to AI solutions, workflow automation, or system interoperability work. - Hands-on experience with API integrations.
Benefits and work setup - Base salary range of $75,000–$105,000 depending on experience. - Medical, dental, and vision coverage with low-to-no-cost premium options, plus HSA contributions. - 401(k), equity incentive plan, and eligibility for up to 15% annual company-wide bonus. - Remote-first culture with optional co-working reimbursement and access to a dedicated NYC office. - Flexible vacation policy, summer Fridays, home office and wellness stipend, monthly internet stipend, and an annual learning and development allowance. - Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.
