Role overview
Lead enterprise deployments and optimization of a security operations platform, tailoring its configuration and automation to customer needs. The work combines hands-on implementation, security architecture, troubleshooting, and technical guidance, while also contributing reusable methods and helping develop less experienced consultants.
Responsibilities - Plan and deliver complex platform deployments for enterprise customers, adapting implementations to their requirements. - Build custom playbooks, automation workflows, and event correlations to support specific security use cases. - Advise customers and internal teams on platform capabilities, architecture, and security operations practices. - Diagnose technical problems independently, identify root causes, and keep project delivery on track. - Mentor junior colleagues and contribute deployment methods, playbooks, and best practices to service offerings.
Requirements - At least three years of extensive experience deploying and managing SIEM platforms, including log parsing, correlation, and strategy. - Extensive experience deploying and managing endpoint detection and response platforms and agents. - Linux system administration skills and scripting ability in Python or JavaScript for integrations and automation. - Strong understanding of APIs and experience connecting security platforms with other tools and infrastructure. - Ability to design complex security use cases, with a solid grounding in security concepts, frameworks, compliance, and incident response. - Demonstrated leadership of large-scale enterprise deployments and expertise in scalable, secure, performance-conscious solution architecture.
Nice to have
Familiarity with security services on major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Benefits and work setup
Remote role with collaboration across locations. The listed annual compensation range is $144,000–$198,000; the offer may also include equity and a bonus. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
