About this role

Role overview Help large customer teams put an AI agent for site reliability work into production environments, connecting it with their operational tools and workflows. The role pairs hands-on customer deployment with product engineering: you will build reusable capabilities, guide safe adoption, and bring field evidence back to the core team. Work spans technical design, implementation, and planning with customer and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Work closely with a small portfolio of strategic customer teams to deploy and configure the agent and integrate it into incident response. - Build reusable tools, connectors, and agent skills, contributing code through product reviews and evaluation processes. - Run pilots, collect evaluation data, diagnose adoption blockers such as permissions or missing telemetry, and implement production fixes. - Integrate with infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, CI/CD, and observability systems; help customers progress toward supervised and autonomous actions with safeguards. - Set technical roadmaps across assigned accounts and advise product and engineering leaders using customer feedback and evaluation results.

Requirements - At least eight years building and shipping production software across teams. - Production experience with LLM or agent systems, including tool use such as MCP, evaluation pipelines, and safety guardrails. - Ability to lead technical design discussions with customer engineers and explain business value to leaders. - Comfort turning unclear problems in unfamiliar environments into working software, with limited direction. - A record of delivering adopted software and judgment about which customer requests should become reusable product capabilities. - Strong infrastructure and deployment experience, including Terraform or Pulumi, GitOps, CI/CD, and progressive release practices such as canary or blue/green delivery. - Willingness to travel 25–50% during active customer engagements.

Nice to have Operational knowledge of incident management and observability, including on-call practices, postmortems, SLOs and SLIs, and alerting.

Benefits and work setup The work involves regular customer contact and may include onsite engagements. Flexible work arrangements are listed among possible benefits, along with paid leave, wellness programs, and other benefits that vary by location, role, and tenure.
