Senior Product Designer
Job details
About this role
Role overview A senior product designer is needed to take end-to-end ownership of the user experience across a technically complex, infrastructure-style product. The role sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, shaping how customers discover, configure, purchase, and operate advanced functionality without hand-holding from sales or support. The mission is to turn dense, configuration-heavy workflows into interfaces that feel clear, usable, and worth coming back to.
Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end product experience in core areas such as onboarding, activation, configuration, and usage analytics. - Partner with product managers and engineers from problem definition onward, framing ambiguous problems and shaping what gets built. - Run continuous discovery, prototype early concepts, and validate directions through research before committing to execution. - Design and interpret A/B tests and product experiments, using behavioral data to inform iteration after launch. - Map the full customer journey to surface friction, translating complex technical mechanics into accessible flows. - Contribute to the design system and raise the team's product-design bar through rationale-driven critique and evidence-based practice.
Requirements - Several years of product-design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of meaningful digital products or product areas. - Strong product thinking that balances business goals, user needs, technical constraints, and behavioral data. - High skill in interaction and information design, especially for rendering complex settings, configurations, or data as clear interfaces. - Comfort working through ambiguity independently, from problem framing through delivery, measurement, and post-launch iteration. - A low-ego, pragmatic mindset with the ability to articulate, defend, and adapt decisions based on real-world evidence.
Nice to have - Background designing B2C SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, data, or API-based products. - Experience with self-service products where users configure complex functionality on their own. - Work on pricing, packaging, checkout, subscription, upgrade, or monetization flows. - Strong data and information-visualization skills across dashboards, analytics, and reporting. - Hands-on experience running or designing A/B tests and product experiments.
Benefits and work setup - Gross salary range of 24,600–29,500 PLN per month, with flexibility to discuss based on skills and experience. - Access to 40+ internal learning options, external conference support, mentorship, and ongoing knowledge-sharing across the team.
