Requirements - At least five years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-scaling consumer product environment. - Experience taking new products from concept through launch and scaling, with measurable results. - A track record shipping AI-enabled or AI-native consumer products and using AI tools in discovery, research, prototyping, analysis, and planning. - Ability to evaluate AI-generated work, define product behavior and quality criteria, and determine where human judgment is needed. - Professional experience and strong knowledge in healthcare or women’s health. - Experience developing science-backed products with scientists or clinicians, plus strong written and verbal communication across disciplines.
Nice to have - Work on regulated, privacy-sensitive, or safety-critical products. - Experience setting evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for AI products, working across software and connected hardware, or partnering with clinical teams.
