About this role
Role overview A senior product designer is needed to lead the user experience for B2B eCommerce experiences that support commercial partnerships and bulk ordering of a connected wearable health product. This remote role partners with cross-functional teams to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into intuitive, scalable interfaces for enterprise customers across healthcare, military, partnership, and research sectors.
Responsibilities - Design B2B web products and supporting systems that streamline bulk orders, companion services, and account management for organizational customers - Architect customizable landing page templates that can be rapidly re-branded for partner deployments - Build self-service interfaces so customers can independently manage orders, billing, payments, and membership details - Craft flexible, branded checkout flows supporting split-tender payments, subsidies, and tailored messaging - Govern a centralized promotions and partnership-enabled platform - Own end-to-end UX for the B2B microsite targeting organizations, including ongoing enhancements - Deliver UI solutions that scale across international markets - Produce user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and responsive web designs - Translate research and analytics into prioritized UX/UI improvements in collaboration with product, engineering, and external stakeholders
Requirements - 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, including work on eCommerce platforms, SaaS, or dashboard tools - Advanced proficiency with the Figma ecosystem and comfort using generative AI tools to accelerate design work - Hands-on experience designing for enterprise or B2B contexts, including invoicing workflows and global payment methods - A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, high-quality UI and UX work - Strong command of design systems, established UI patterns, and responsive web principles - Proven ability to derive strategic product improvements from analytics and user research - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working across disciplines on a distributed team - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple features or epics and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Experience owning and driving user research activities - Familiarity supporting sprint planning with squad or product leaders - Intermediate prototyping skills to convey design intent
