Job details
About this role
Role overview
A consumer health technology company is hiring a senior individual contributor to own its NetSuite-based supply chain and logistics systems. The role sits within the Supply Chain Technology & ERP Engineering group and acts as the connective tissue between NetSuite and the wider ecosystem of third-party logistics partners, carriers, and reverse-logistics providers. It is a hands-on analyst position with significant influence over data quality, integration design, and stakeholder-facing reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead NetSuite configuration and delivery for onboarding new 3PLs and carriers, ensuring go-lives land on time without disrupting fulfillment SLAs. - Drive a data maturity initiative that raises master-data quality across NetSuite and adjacent supply chain systems to support a single, trusted source of truth. - Own the rollout of a supply chain visibility platform that surfaces real-time shipment and inventory information to internal stakeholders. - Design and implement integrations for a new global reverse logistics partner, supporting scalable international returns processing. - Act as the primary NetSuite subject matter expert for Supply Chain and Logistics teams, translating business needs into system designs that scale. - Partner with Integration & Automation Engineering to replace point-to-point connections with reusable, API-based services across the supply chain systems estate.
Requirements
- 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations, including at least 3 years hands-on designing and configuring NetSuite ERP in either a consulting or in-house capacity. - Demonstrated experience building and supporting EDI integrations between NetSuite and external logistics, 3PL, or carrier partners. - Track record of designing custom NetSuite solutions, including OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments, that scale with the business. - Working knowledge of transportation management systems and demand or supply planning tools as they relate to NetSuite workflows. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical designs for non-technical audiences. - Daily use of LLM assistants for requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication, with sound judgment on appropriate use.
Nice to have
- Experience leading data quality or master-data programs across ERP and adjacent operational systems. - Familiarity with modern integration patterns such as event-driven or API-led approaches over legacy point-to-point EDI.
Benefits and work setup
- Competitive salary and equity package, with US pay ranges varying by geographic tier (approximately $117,000 to $169,000 depending on location). - Health, dental, and vision insurance plus mental health resources. - 20 days of paid time off, 13 paid holidays, and 8 days of flexible wellness time off, in addition to paid sick leave and parental leave. - Product stipend for the company wearable and employee discounts for friends and family. - Collaborative, in-office oriented culture with a focus on employee well-being and continuous benefit improvements.
