About this role

Role overview

A global health-technology company is hiring a senior, hands-on analyst to own its Pigment Enterprise Performance Management platform as the single planning system of record. The role sits at the intersection of Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, and IT, currently mid-rollout as the organization replaces fragmented spreadsheets with unified, driver-based models. Success in this techno-functional position depends on equal comfort configuring models, governing data, and partnering with business owners on planning logic.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary platform administrator, owning user provisioning, role-based access control, SSO/SCIM integration, and periodic access reviews. - Design, configure, and evolve Pigment models across FP&A modules (Revenue, OpEx/CapEx, Headcount, COGS, three-statement) and Supply Chain (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP), including driver logic, KPIs, scenarios, and approval workflows. - Coordinate with data and architecture teams to operate and troubleshoot pipelines connecting ERP, warehouse, object storage, and Pigment; maintain the data dictionary and field mapping registry. - Run the change control board for mid- and high-risk releases, including impact assessments, approvals, release notes, and an audit trail aligned with SOX readiness. - Translate evolving FP&A and Supply Chain requirements into model enhancements, facilitating design reviews, supporting user acceptance testing, and acting as the escalation point for platform issues. - Build role-based training paths, runbooks, and documentation to drive self-service and reduce routine IT dependency, while staying current on vendor roadmap and AI-powered feature opportunities.

Requirements

- 7+ years in finance systems, EPM platforms, or FP&A technology, including 2+ years directly administering or modeling in Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Planful, or an equivalent. - Solid grasp of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount and three-statement modeling. - Familiarity with Supply Chain planning concepts such as demand forecasting, supply constraints, inventory targets, and S&OP. - Working knowledge of data integration patterns including APIs, flat files, object storage, ETL/iPaaS tools, and modern data warehouses. - Experience with a major ERP as a planning source, including GL mappings, cost centers, hierarchies, and actuals flows. - Understanding of access governance and audit trail requirements in a SOX-relevant or pre-IPO setting, paired with strong documentation discipline in Confluence, Jira, and similar tools, and proven stakeholder management across FP&A, Supply Chain, and IT.

Nice to have

- Pigment Builder or Modeler certification, or hands-on Anaplan Model Builder background. - Prior implementation of Pigment with a consulting partner. - Direct experience with Databricks, Fivetran, or AWS S3 in a planning data pipeline. - Familiarity with GAAP, SOX ITGC, and financial controls relevant to planning systems. - Experience building executive-facing dashboards and board-ready reporting views. - Background supporting a hybrid hardware-plus-SaaS business with multi-entity, multi-currency planning complexity.

Benefits and work setup

- Competitive salary and equity, with US compensation set on a market-based, geographic tier system ranging roughly from $117,000 to $169,000 depending on location. - Health, dental, and vision insurance plus mental health resources. - Product allowance and employee-discount program for friends and family. - 20 days of paid time off, 13 paid holidays, and 8 days of flexible wellness time off, along with paid sick leave and parental leave. - Collaborative, mission-driven culture with high autonomy, meaningful problems at the intersection of health, data, and technology, and a high-visibility role with direct impact on how the company scales financial and operational planning.
