Senior AI Engineer

Role overview Own client AI engagements from early scoping through architecture, implementation, evaluation, observability, and handoff. You will lead production work involving retrieval-augmented generation, agent workflows, and automation for finance and operations, working directly with company founders.

Responsibilities - Scope client needs and turn them into practical AI system designs. - Build and deliver production LLM systems, including retrieval and agent-based workflows. - Evaluate system behavior and establish observability for deployed solutions. - Coordinate delivery through handoff to clients or ongoing owners.

Requirements - At least five years of production engineering experience. - At least two years building or operating production LLM systems. - Use Claude Code or Codex as your primary development environment.
