Delphi Senior Software Engineer

Role overview Develop and improve enterprise software used to manage advertising operations for television, radio, and digital publishers. The work spans feature development, testing, architecture improvements, and coordinated releases, with a focus on software that supports broadcasters’ business management, invoicing, and reporting.

Responsibilities - Develop and test product features based on requests from internal teams and customers. - Improve system architecture and design to raise performance. - Collaborate with product management, quality assurance, and documentation partners on complete releases. - Work with other engineers to maintain and evolve the product as customer and project needs change. - Thoroughly test and debug complex code, including work written by other developers.

Requirements - At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years with Delphi 10 or later. - SQL experience. - Working knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design. - Experience with version control, such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial. - Strong algorithmic skills and experience applying design patterns to new and existing code. - Clear communication, creativity, and willingness to investigate difficult defects.

Nice to have Experience with N-tier architecture is preferred.
