Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

Role overview Build and shape the user interface for a platform that supports businesses in managing maintenance operations. As an early engineering hire, you’ll work with company founders, own product areas used in daily business workflows, and help influence the engineering culture and product direction as the team grows.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain web and mobile interfaces for the product. - Turn customer needs into clear, usable experiences, bringing strong attention to design and UX. - Take ownership of product areas and contribute to roadmap and technical decisions. - Ship complete, production-ready features and improve them based on user needs. - Work closely with founders and teammates, communicating clearly and delivering reliably.

Requirements - At least 2 years building and maintaining production applications. - Strong experience with React, React Native, and Redux. - Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and preprocessors such as LESS or Sass. - Experience with MySQL. - Strong user empathy, design judgment, communication skills, and a track record of shipping products people use.

Nice to have - Experience building with Expo. - Interest in technical leadership and helping set the long-term direction of an engineering team.
