About this role
Role overview Take portfolio-level ownership of a large B2C SaaS business built around web and mobile subscription products. Working remotely within the EU on a full-time B2B contract, the Head of Products leads an established team of around eleven Product Managers and is accountable for the commercial and operational health of every product, from onboarding and pricing through to retention and refunds.
Responsibilities - Lead the full portfolio of B2C subscription products and maintain visibility into the performance and health of each one. - Manage, mentor, and develop the team of Product Managers, setting clear standards for ownership and execution. - Own monetization across the portfolio, including onboarding, pricing, paywalls, conversion funnels, retention, cancellations, and refunds. - Drive quarter-over-quarter revenue-per-user (RPU) growth of roughly 15–20%. - Set KPIs and OKRs for individual products and hold teams accountable for measurable outcomes. - Build and improve high-converting funnels through structured experimentation and A/B testing, working hands-on with tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. - Define consistent standards and processes for how products are built, launched, monitored, and operated, including release management and product-quality oversight. - Keep growth and monetization tactics within appropriate legal and compliance boundaries, including cancellation flows and customer-facing claims. - Partner closely with Growth and Engineering to convert commercial opportunities into product improvements.
Requirements - Deep experience with B2C subscription or consumer SaaS products. - Proven ownership of commercial product metrics such as LTV, churn, RPU/ARPU, conversion, retention, cancellations, and refunds. - Hands-on experience building, optimising, or significantly improving monetization and conversion funnels. - Strong grasp of pricing, onboarding, paywalls, subscription mechanics, and experimentation, including A/B test design and evaluation. - Practical experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. - Track record leading and developing Product Managers while staying actively involved in product decisions. - Ability to oversee multiple products at once rather than a single product line. - Strong commercial and analytical mindset that connects product decisions directly to revenue. - High ownership and initiative, surfacing risks and opportunities proactively. - Experience creating product processes, standards, and operating systems that scale across a portfolio. - Sound judgment around legal and compliance considerations in subscription funnels and growth experimentation.
Benefits and work setup - Full-time B2B contract, remote-first within the EU with flexible hours. - 22 paid vacation days plus local national holidays. - Modern, data-driven technology stack. - Opportunity to shape product standards and operating practices across a growing portfolio, with direct collaboration with the founder on product and business priorities.
